Unleash the Power of AI: Top 3 Business Opportunities Inside

AI is more than just a buzzword. Learn about the top 3 opportunities that can boost your growth.

Hey! It’s Jeremy.

I apologize that it’s been a minute since I’ve been in your inbox. Lots of new irons in the fire and I’m excited to let you know about some things that are coming soon. But for this week…

What does freedom in business mean to you?

For most, it’s about getting back their TIME. For others, it’s about a more fair “energy in, money out” approach, or maybe about providing for themselves and for family. Whatever it is…

It’s on your terms. You set the goals, processes and results.

Just today, I was reminded, and I want to remind you, that freedom in business must include a deep and meaningful “why”. I’m going to suggest to you that you consider your “why” today.

And I hope your “why” just doesn’t revolve around you. I hope it involves other people and improving their lives, and the world around you.

With that in mind, I wanted to share with you the 3 biggest business opportunities I see with Artificial Intelligence in the next 3-5 years.

I believe if you have any desire for more freedom, and more impact, you need to be considering how one (or all) of these can collide with your current business. Here we go…

▶️ Business #1 - AAA (AI Automation Agency)

Don’t let the word “Agency” scare you. This can be a solopreneur (one main person) business. Get used to this kind of company, AAA’s will be the massive agencies of tomorrow.

Guys and gals made millions off the SMMA (Social Media Marketing Agency) model, this is the next iteration of that. So what is it?

An AI Automation Agency helps businesses optimize and automate their operations with AI - that’s it.

If you can create content with AI (text/images), you can start an AAA. If you can do SEO with AI, you can start an AAA. If you can build a chatbot with AI (use Botpress, it’s easy), you can start an AAA.

If you’re not technical, this is the best business type to focus on, because it required very little coding or technical skills. The most important piece of this type of business is the ability to communicate.

You must be able to communicate with business leaders to understand their everyday operations, but more importantly, extract the painful stuff. Find the broken or squeaky wheel, and use AI to fix it.

Once you've solved a problem, find a vertical where everyone has the same issue, and bang - you’ve got an audience with a problem you can solve using AI.

Check out the example site above to see how one agency - jeez we’re early, folks, there’s gonna be thousands of these - is killing the AAA game.

▶️ Business #2 - No-Code SaaS

Example: Strabo.app

This one is my personal favorite.

Truth be told, this is the business I’m currently building and getting off the ground - much more on that in later weeks. Needless to say, I think this type of AI business will work.

“No-Code” means exactly that - no code required. “SaaS” means Software as a Service. Put those together and you’ve got a major, and I mean major, blue ocean opportunity.

Zapier is a no-code tool. It’s more powerful brother, Make.com is another one. But it’s much more than just “automation” - bubble.io let’s you build entire digital products (think apps), with zero coding knowledge. Softr.io lets you build software with no developers. Are you kidding me?

It’s no secret that software is where a lot of the money is made, because that’s where the data lives. But that used to only be available to people who have a ton of up front cashflow, so you can pay for the development. Not anymore.

  • Iman Gadzhi has AgenciFlow.

  • Alex Becker has Hyros (recently sold it).

  • Jordan Welch has ViralVault.

  • Alex Hormozi has ALAN.

  • Russell Brunson has ClickFunnels.

Folks, it’s software!

Iman sells agency growth, but makes money on agencies using his software. Becker sells better advertising, but makes money on agencies using his software. Jordan sells ecommerce and dropshipping, but makes money on people using his software. Hormozi had GymLaunch, but made money from gyms using his software. Russell sells funnels, but makes money from businesses using his software to build those funnels.

Can you see it!? All these guys are selling you something, but that product is just a feeder product to the real business … software. And I can’t stress this enough - software is now open to you, with no-code tools.

You can build a software tool for any vertical where you understand their pains and needs!

Check out the example above to see how Strabo built some software (with zero coding by the way, on Bubble.io) to help investors manage their portfolio.

▶️ Business #3 - Productized API’s

Example: Mediakits.com

Lastly, there’s a real opportunity to use API’s to create mini-products that you can sell to specific audiences. This is a bit more complicated to explain, but not to understand.

An “API” is a fancy way of saying “a way to share data” - it uses code to send data, so two different tools or platforms can “talk to each other.”

But remember, you can do this now, with no code using AI and automation tools listed above. Let’s look at the example above - Mediakits.com

Influencers on Social Media get paid to promote products. Businesses who own those products, when they pay someone to promote their stuff, want to know what sort of following that influencer has. Things like “male/female” ratio and what platform their audience is on, age of their followers, engagement rate, etc.

Now all of this data is available, but it’s broken up. YouTube data is on YouTube. Twitter data is on Twitter, and so on for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.

Influencers had to screenshot (copy/paste) their analytics and send them individually each time they were asked, because those numbers change every day. And businesses wanted to see it all in one place. You know what that sounds like? Business Opportunity.

Two smart twenty-something year olds started it in 2021, and built a platform that uses the API’s from all those social media sites, and pulls the data into one clean, modern looking dashboard. An influencer signs up for a monthly subscription, enter’s their socials, and the APIs pull in the data. There you have it … a productized API:

MediaKits built their business for 11 months, and got north of $50k MRR before they were acquired for an undisclosed amount. They did alright, I’m betting.

Now, again, put on your thinking cap.

  • ChatGPT has an API.

  • ElevenLabs has an API.

  • Amazon’s AI has an API.

  • Midjourney has an (unofficial) API.

  • Rev.ai & Wit.ai have API’s.

Can you find a pain point in your vertical that could be solved with one of these API’s? If you can, then you can probably build the solution (again, no dev’s needed) and turn that into a product.
